1. The service
Hiltoncredits.com ("we", "us") purchases the right to use the quarterly Hilton statement credit associated with your American Express Business Platinum card. You submit your card details through our portal; we charge the card at a Hilton property to use the credit, and then pay you the payout amount shown on the form at the time of your submission (the "Payout").
2. Your authorization
By ticking the confirmation checkbox and submitting, you confirm that every card you submit is yours, is enrolled in the applicable Hilton credit benefit, and you authorize Hiltoncredits.com to process a transaction on each submitted card at a Hilton property for the purpose of using its Hilton credit. Each submission records the confirmation text, the payout amount shown, the time, and your IP address.
3. Payouts
Cards are typically used within 24-48 hours of submission. The Payout for each card is sent right after that card has been used, by the method you selected (Zelle or emailed eCheck). If a card is declined, the credit was already used, or the details do not work, we will contact you and no Payout is due for that card.
4. No storage after payout
After a card is used and its Payout is made, that card's data is permanently deleted from our systems. Nothing is kept on file; you re-enter your card each quarter if you choose to sell a future credit.
5. Card program terms
Card benefits are governed by American Express and Hilton terms, which may restrict transfer or resale of benefits. You are responsible for your own card agreements. We make no representation about those terms.
6. Acceptable use
You will only submit cards you are authorized to use. Submitting another person's card without their authorization is prohibited and may be reported.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the Payout amounts due to you for the submission giving rise to the claim.
